                <h2>李志义：“水课”与“金课”之我见</h2>

	<span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:宋体;"><span style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; max-width: 100%; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; text-align: justify; widows: 1; color: rgb(63, 62, 63); letter-spacing: 1.5px; line-height: 28px; box-sizing: border-box !important; word-wrap: break-word !important;">2018年6月，在成都召开的&ldquo;新时代全国高等学校本科教育工作会议&rdquo;上，陈宝生部长提出了&ldquo;四个回归&rdquo;，其中之一是&ldquo;回归常识&rdquo;， 即学生要刻苦读书, 并指出：对大学生要合理 &ldquo;增负&rdquo;，真正把&ldquo;水课&rdquo;变成有深度、有难度、有挑战度的&ldquo;金课&rdquo;。之后，&ldquo;增负&rdquo;&ldquo;水课&rdquo;&ldquo;金课&rdquo;，便成了人们热议的三个词。前不久，教育部相继出台了《关于加快建设高水平本科教育全面提高人才培养能力的意见》（教高〔2018〕2 号）和《关于狠抓新时代全国高等教育本科教育工作会议精神落实的通知》（教高〔2018〕8 号），明确指出：各高校要全面梳理各门课程的教学内容，淘汰&ldquo;水课&rdquo;、打造&ldquo;金课&rdquo;，合理提升学业挑战度、增加课程难度、拓展课程深度，切实提高课程教学质量。随即， 各地教育行政部门纷纷出台了工作方案，提出了给大学生&ldquo;增负&rdquo;、淘汰&ldquo;水课&rdquo;、打造&ldquo;金课&rdquo; 的指导意见，各高校相继出台了落实这些指导意见的具体措施。综观这些指导意见和具体措施，不乏诸如提高毕业学分数、增加课程学时、增大课堂信息量、提高教学内容难度、选用高水平教材、强化教学过程管理、取消&ldquo;收秋&rdquo;考试等规定与要求。于是，教师、教室和教材又成了&ldquo;强化&rdquo;课堂教学的重点。过去曾一度努力改革的&ldquo;三中心&rdquo;（教师、教室和教材）， 难道又要回归吗？</span><span style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; max-width: 100%; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; text-align: justify; widows: 1; letter-spacing: 1.5px; line-height: 28px; color: rgb(252, 111, 9); box-sizing: border-box !important; word-wrap: break-word !important;">到底我们应该如何给大学生&ldquo;增负&rdquo;？如何淘汰&ldquo;水课&rdquo;、打造&ldquo;金课&rdquo;？</span><span style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; max-width: 100%; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; text-align: justify; widows: 1; color: rgb(63, 62, 63); letter-spacing: 1.5px; line-height: 28px; box-sizing: border-box !important; word-wrap: break-word !important;">&nbsp;本文就此做一点探讨。</span></span></span></p>

	<span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:宋体;"><strong style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important; word-wrap: break-word !important;"><span style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important; word-wrap: break-word !important; color: rgb(252, 111, 9);">低阶课堂与高阶课堂。</span></strong><span style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important; word-wrap: break-word !important; color: rgb(63, 63, 63);">美国著名心理学家、教育家布卢姆（Bloom）将认知过程分为记忆、理解、应用、分析、评价和创造6个层次，前三个属于低阶层次的认知，后三个属于高阶层次的认知。低阶课堂指的是低阶层次的教学（认知活动），掌握的是低阶知识，形成的是低阶思维，发展的是低阶能力；高阶课堂指的是高阶层次的教学（认知活动），掌握的是高阶知识，形成的是高阶思维，发展的是高阶能力。低阶知识主要是陈述性知识，高阶知识主要是程序性知识和策略性知识。陈述性知识主要是关于是什么、为什么和怎么样的知识，是一种静态的知识；程序性知识是关于如何做的知识，关于解决问题的思维过程的知识和关于如何实现从已知状态向目标状态转化的知识，是一种动态的知识；策略性知识是关于如何学习和如何思维的知识。高阶能力是以高阶思维为核心的解决复杂问题或完成复杂任务的心理特征，高阶思维是指发生在较高认知水平上的心智活动或较高层次的认知能力，它主要包括创新思维、问题求解、决策、批判性思维、信息素养、团队协作、兼容、获取隐性知识、自我管理和可持续发展能力等。低阶课堂由低阶知识主宰：讲的是低阶知识，学的是低阶知识，考的是低阶知识。老师要做的是，将教材写成教案，再将教案背给学生，或者，将教材制成PPT，再将PPT念给学生；学生要做的是，聆听、理解和记忆。这样的课堂，就像是&ldquo;喂食&rdquo;，老师将教材上的文字先放在自己嘴里&ldquo;嚼&rdquo;一遍，然后&ldquo;填&rdquo;进学生的嘴里。这种只需&ldquo;饭来张口&rdquo;的课堂，就会扼杀学生自我&ldquo;觅食&rdquo;的高阶能力。因此，要增加课堂教学的&ldquo;含金量&rdquo;，必须将低阶课堂转变为高阶课堂。</span></span></span></p>

	<span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:宋体;"><strong style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important; word-wrap: break-word !important;"><span style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important; word-wrap: break-word !important; color: rgb(252, 111, 9);">灌输课堂与对话课堂。</span></strong><span style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important; word-wrap: break-word !important; color: rgb(63, 63, 63);">从构建主义倾向、客观主义倾向、个体受众和 群体受众四个维度，可以将课堂分为四类：群体&mdash;探究类、群体&mdash;接受类、个体&mdash;探究类和个体&mdash;接受类。灌输课堂以&ldquo;群体&mdash;接受&rdquo;为主要特征，它基于这样的假设：学生以同样的程度与速度接受知识。因此，老师才能用同样的标准与节奏完成讲授任务。为了增强教学效果，老师必须精心备课，对每一部分讲授内容，老师要预设一个学生接受程度的共同点，估计学生会产生什么问题，用什么方式避免这些问题等。灌输课堂难以发展高阶能力，容易变成&ldquo;填鸭式&rdquo;课堂，使知识主宰着课堂、老师成为知识的权威、学生成为知识的&ldquo;容器&rdquo;，使教学过程成为&ldquo;复制&rdquo;知识的过程。对话课堂以知识的对话、思维的对话和心灵的对话为主要特征。知识的对话要求将单向灌输转变为多向交流，将老师从课堂上的&ldquo;演员&rdquo;转变为&ldquo;导演&rdquo;，将学生从课堂上的&ldquo;观众&rdquo;转变为&ldquo;演员&rdquo;，将课堂从&ldquo;一言堂&rdquo;变成&ldquo;学习共同体&rdquo;，使知识在老师与学生、学生与学生之间传递、交流与互动。思维的对话要求将&ldquo;句号&rdquo;课堂转变为&ldquo;问号&rdquo;课堂。作为老师，在备课时应善于预设&ldquo;问号&rdquo;，讲授时应善于打开&ldquo;问号&rdquo;和形成新&ldquo;问号&rdquo;。作为学生，课前应该做好预习，为自己准备&ldquo;问号&rdquo;；课上应积极思考，解决原有&ldquo;问号&rdquo;并形成新&ldquo;问号&rdquo;；课后应做好复习，解决存留的&ldquo;问号&rdquo;。特别要强调的是，思维的对话绝不是简单提问。在课堂上老师编织一些只凭记忆就能回答的问题，不仅不能引起思考，反而会干扰学生思考。情感对话需要将知识课堂转化为情感课堂。语言是课堂中传递知识的媒介，如果用冷冰冰的语言传递硬梆梆的知识，就成了死气沉沉的知识课堂。只有倾注了感情，才能感受知识的生命，才能领悟知识的美。作为老师，需要有爱：对自己所从事职业的爱，对教学工作的爱和对莘莘学子的爱。正是这种爱，才能激发出自己的激情；正是这种激情，才能激活知识蕴含的情感、把握它的精髓、生成活生生的教学语言，并将这样的情感和精髓传递给学生，让学生感受知识的生命。因此，要增加课堂教学的&ldquo;含金量&rdquo;，必须将灌输课堂转变为对话课堂。</span></span></span></p>

	<span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:宋体;"><strong style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important; word-wrap: break-word !important;"><span style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important; word-wrap: break-word !important; color: rgb(252, 111, 9);">教学评价之改革。</span></strong><span style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important; word-wrap: break-word !important; color: rgb(63, 63, 63);">教学评价之改革应致力于：从主要取决于教得怎么样向主要取决于学得怎么样转变。前者是投入导向的评价，后者是产出导向的评价。投入导向的评价指向老师的教；产出导向的评价指向学生的学，遵循&ldquo;以学论教&rdquo;原则，以促进学生发展为宗旨。促进学生发展的教学评价（即发展性评价）具有如下四个特征：重视学习者高阶思维能力的发展、注重学习过程的评价、注重评价主体的多元化和评价方式的多样化以及更加重视质性评价方式。以学为中心的教学特别强调形成性评价。形成性评价属于发展性评价，它有两个基本特征：其一，它是一个动态的评价过程，是在课程、教学和学习过程中使用的系统评价活动，要求评价者把教学过程看作是一个整体系统，而这个整体系统包括许多子系统。每个子系统之间相互联系和影响，彼此之间通过形成性测验给对方提供信息，从而推进教学的持续改进。其二，它是一个过渡性评价，既是计划中上一阶段结果的总结，又是计划中下一阶段教学的起点。它通过对上一个阶段的教学情况的总结来发现问题、矫正指导学生的学习，同时这些总结又将成为下一阶段教学的起点。形成性评价坚持反馈性原则、多元化原则和发展性原则。从建构主义学习理论的角度来看，在形成性评价之中，评价的主体是学生，学生、老师以及其他学习伙伴之间是互相激励的关系，主张通过评价来激励学生主动参与，注意对学习者构建知识时所采取的措施和方法以及在知识构建过程中加以评价，使学生在学习的过程得到激励，产生自信心和成就感，形成继续学习的动力。同时，形成性评价强调学生通过对自我学习的适当监控和反思，掌握并调整适合自己的学习策略，发展自我评价能力，提高自主学习能力，强调师生之间、学生之间的合作，促进教学与评价的良性循环。从多元智能理论的角度来看，形成性评价强调评价内容的多元化，注重考查学生综合素质的发展，关注学生创新精神和实践能力的发展，对学生在学习过程中所表现出来的情感、学习策略、合作精神等因素进行全面的综合评价，而不仅仅是关注学生的学业成绩。这种评价方式注重学生的差异性，注重学生个体发展的独特性，能够激励学生发挥多方面的潜能，发挥其智能强项。因此，要实现教学评价从教得怎么样向学得怎么样转变，就要立足于发展性评价特别是形成性评价，对教学方法进行改革。</span></span></span></p>
